Control the distance of your shots by how much you dig your feet into the sand. If you dig in more, your swing will bottom out further under the sand causing the ball to travel a shorter distance. Digging in less will cause you to take less sand and make more contact with the ball causing the ball to travel further.
- Having trouble following thru? Start the downswing by moving your right shoulder down the target line. While practicing draw your target line in the sand. If you successfully follow the target line with your right shoulder you will notice that your body is now facing the target in your finish position.
