1. Click on "My Subscription" (under "My Profile") or click on "Upgrade Account".
2. Click on "membership choices". You can become a premium member and be billed annually or a "Fore LIFE" member. Please see "HoS MEMBERSHIPS" under the Help button for more details.
3. Select which membership type you would like, then follow the payment instructions that will follow.
